Forgotten in my Hungover state

Yes I just realized that I forgot to post yesterday. I have a good excuse though, the girls and I got together at my house and had a "game night", it is in quotes because we didn't play Taboo very long and it ended up being a game of "Have you ever", which I not going to say the answers too for the privacy of my friends but 4 bottles of wine several beers, a Vodka shot that ended up coming out of my nose and a broken entertainment center we all learned a little bit more about each other.  Just remember my friends I love you all and your secrets are all safe with me.

Yeah the broken entertainment center resulted from me falling off a rolling chair and it consequently rolling into  it.

Weekly Meal Plan:

Sunday: Beef Fajitas
Monday: Italian London Broil
Tuesday: Chicken Enchiladas
Wednesday: Swedish Meatballs
Thursday: Spanish Rice Bake
Friday: Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Lets see if I can stick to the meal plan this week.

Meal Planning...again

So I am going to try to start meal planning again as part of my reorganization of my life.  I need to eat healthier and to do that my family and I need to eat more homemade meals.  I am really going to just plan the main course this time, trying to make it easier on me. So here is this week's main courses.
Slow Cooker Asian Sweet Chili Pork
Grilled Chicken Cesaer Salad
London Broil w/sauteed mushroom and onions
Chicken enchiladas
Hamburger Steak
Chicken and Beef Fajitas

Of course my meal planners are not complete without beer and wine because you know I need it.

Yes, my beer fridge and my wine rack are now fully stocked again since I spent two freakin' hours at the grocery store and $289.  Ugh, I guess If I didn't buy the beer and the wine or the cosmo with Kellan Lutz and Paul Wesley in it my bill would have been cheaper.

All I can say is yum, it was worth the $3.99
