Recipe Tuesday...

It is time to get that grill prepped and ready.  I love grilling season, it keeps the heat out of the house and it gives the men a since of that primal need to use fire.  Anyway...

Grilled and Ready Greek Steak Salad

1 package Tyson® Grilled & Ready™ Refrigerated Fully Cooked Seasoned Steak Strips,

1 salt,

4 flat breads,

1 olive oil,

1/2 cup roasted red pepper hummus,

1 package mixed lettuce greens,

1 diced tomatoes,

1 cucumber thinly sliced,

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled,

1/2 red onion,

1 Kalamata olives,

1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette dressing

Cooking Instructions

Brush flatbreads lightly with oil; grill over high heat for 20-30 seconds on each side. Slice each flatbread in quarters; keep warm.

Toss beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese and onions with Greek vinaigrette.(150°F).

Spread hummus on flatbread quarters.

To assemble: place salad on plate, top with 3 Kalamata olives and flatbread on side

So if the weather is nice outside and you have the urge to play with fire  go grill!!!!
