This is not going to be a long Weight Watchers post because I am disgusted with myself. I gained another pound this week and it sucks. This is about the time I always lose momentum and give up but I vow to myself that I will not do that. I need to get back on the WW wagon and keep on keeping on. What do you do when you lose momentum? How do you keep it up?
Yep I am losing it.
