I am sooo going to try that soup recipe if it ever gets cold here.. (I'm in Central Florida and to me, 50 degrees just isn't cold enough!)
I'm also loving your Eclipse Countdown! I haven't seen the movies (YET) but I'm reading the books. I think I want to finish them before I watch them.. I'm weird like that! =)
Can I just come over and eat with you?
That potato soup looks perfect for a cold winter's day. Enjoy your Christmas!
