James McAvoy is one of my favorite British actors.  He was born in Scotland in 1979.

He has been in many great films, Chronicles of Narnia, Atonement, Becoming Jane just to name a few.

Gavin Rossdale was born in London in 1965.  He was the guitarist for the band Bush and the broke out on his own.  He is married to Gwen Stefani and they have two son's

Bobby Long is a singer/songwriter from Calne, Wiltshire, South West England.

His rise to fame has been a result of his work on the Twilight soundtrack.

As I was searching for a Lovely British Male to entice you all with today I came across a beautiful specimen of a Footballer yes I said Footballer not Soccer player.  Michael Owen who plays for Manchester United currently.

 He was born in Chester in February of 1979.  He is married and has 3 beautiful children.

Next week I have been encouraged to find some nice British Music Artist to entice you with so if you have any suggestions pass them my way.

He is from London and married to Jennifer Connoly who I absolutely love.  He was the weird bad guy in the daVinci Code and the voice of Jarvis in Iron Man.

He is not really new, he has been around awhile but I took notice of him the other day watching the trailer to Leap Year staring him and Amy Adams.

The movie looks like a funny somewhat obvious Romantic Comedy but it is one you can always see with the GF's

You all know I like British men, but British men who cook, well lets just say it is not just the accent that turns me on.  Danny Boome is another British Chef I love and he is an extreme cutie. 

He loves to promote healthy eating for children and families.

He currently hosts Rescue Chef on the Food Network and is starting a cooking school in NYC.

It's Back British Hottie Thursday... Jude Law

In honor of his new movie that opens on Christmas, I present Jude Law as my British Hottie this week.

Jude Law was born December 29, 1972, in south east London. He started acting with the National Youth Music Theatre at the age of 12, and, at 17, he dropped out of school completely, to star in a Granada daytime TV Soap called "Families" (1990). In 1992, Jude began his stage career. He starred in many plays throughout London, and was nominated for the Laurence Olivier Award of "Outstanding Newcomer." After doing the play "Indiscretions" in London, he moved and did it again on Broadway. This time, he was alongside Kathleen Turner. He then received a Tony Nomination for "Outstanding Supporting Actor." He was then rewarded the Theatre World Award. After Broadway, Jude started on the big screen, in many independent films. His first big-named movie was Gattaca (1997), with Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke. He also had a good role in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil (1997). Jude's latest rise to fame has been because of The Talented Mr. Ripley (1999), in which he plays Matt Damon's obsession. The film did very well at the box office, and critics loved Jude's acting. He is also a partner in the production company "Natural Nylon." His partners include Jonny Lee Miller, Ewan McGregor and his ex-wife Sadie Frost. With his production company producing and Jude acting, his career seems to be on the rise.

Hey its British Hottie Thursday...

Gerard Butler is todays British Hottie, he is of Scottish descent, but Scotland is still part of the British Isles. He was on Saturday Night Live last weekend and did a great job. He has been in many great movies: 300(where he was half naked throughout), Phantom of the Opera, PS I love you, They Ugly Truth and most recently Law Abiding Citizen. He has beautiful blue eyes doesn't he.
